Preparation

  • Wash the fingerling potatoes thoroughly under running water, scrubbing gently to remove any dirt.
  • Pat the potatoes dry with a towel.
  • In a large bowl, toss the fingerling potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well until the potatoes are fully seasoned.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned fingerling potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking process.
  • Keep an eye on them as cooking times may vary based on your air fryer's model.
  • Remove the potatoes when they are crispy and golden, then let them cool for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
