Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up in the prepared baking dish with space between each piece.

Making the Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth.

Baking

  • Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  • Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) and the sauce is bubbling and thickening.
  • Let the chicken rest for five minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle any extra sauce from the dish over the chicken thighs before serving.
