  • 6 pieces chicken thighs Bone-in, skin-on recommended for juiciness
  • 1 cup heavy cream Creates a rich sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sauce and cooking
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and ensure they are well coated with the creamy mixture.
  • Transfer the coated chicken thighs to a baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach at least 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
