  • 1 cup heavy cream For richness
  • 1 cup chicken broth Low sodium recommended
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix Adds flavor
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For melty, creamy sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust to preference

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix. Whisk until well blended.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, covering each piece.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set to low heat.
  • Cook the chicken for about 6 to 8 hours.
  • Check that the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and blended into the sauce.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.

Serving

  • Serve the creamy chicken over a generous spoonful of rice or noodles.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
