Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, chopped spinach, chopped bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • If you prefer a crunchy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mixture.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is lightly golden.
  • Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
