Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb Twisted Pasta Fusilli, penne, or rotini
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Divided
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent (about 3-5 minutes).
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • Introduce ground chicken, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Pour in the diced tomatoes, broth, Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta until evenly coated. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
