Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for about one minute.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and cover to keep warm.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the garlic, letting it simmer to thicken for a few minutes.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it in the creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
