  • Cook the Pasta: Start by cooking your pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, avoiding browning.
  • Add Chicken and Corn: Stir in the shredded chicken and corn, cooking for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  • Pour in the Cream: Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan Cheese: Reduce heat to low, add grated Parmesan cheese slowly while stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Combine with Pasta: Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing gently until well coated.
  • Serve: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
