Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream For a rich and creamy sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth Adds depth to the sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and cook until it turns translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  • Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it’s fully browned (about 6-8 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for about 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, mixing well. Allow the sauce to simmer for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy beef sauce.
  • Gradually mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly into the sauce.

Serving

  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
