  • Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
  • Stir in the beef broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to your liking.
  • Reduce the heat, letting the sauce simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet, stirring to coat them evenly in the creamy sauce.
  • Mix in the shredded cheese until it melts and everything combines smoothly.
  • Serve hot, garnishing with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
