Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling

  • 1 can crescent roll dough This serves as the base for the bites.
  • 8 oz brie cheese Opt for quality brie for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Can be homemade or store-bought.

Garnish

  • to taste fresh rosemary Optional, for added flavor and decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the crescent roll dough and roll it out.
  • Slice the dough into small squares for the muffin tin.
  • Place each square in greased muffin tin cups and press down slightly.
  • Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place one piece atop each dough square.
  • Add about a tablespoon of cranberry sauce over the brie.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary just before serving.

Serving

  • Serve warm on a platter, optionally with crackers or fruit.

Notes

Store leftover bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes before serving.
