Ingredients
  

For the Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Cowboy Butter Sauce

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 lemon Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss your wings with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Bake the wings for about 35-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped herbs, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Once wings are done, toss them in the warm cowboy butter until coated.

Notes
