  • 1 each avocado, sliced

  • Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop or table.
  • Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread about a quarter cup of cottage cheese over the entire surface.
  • Layer your chosen vegetables, including bell peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion, on top of the cottage cheese.
  • Add a few slices of avocado and sprinkle fresh herbs for additional flavor.
  • Season with salt and pepper to your liking, and if desired, drizzle some hot sauce or your favorite dressing on top.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end and tucking in the filling as you go.
  • Once rolled, cut the wrap in half diagonally for easier handling.
  • Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or follow the storage instructions for later enjoyment.
