Preparation

  • Start by placing the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy, without any lumps.
  • Add the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blended cottage cheese.
  • Blend the mixture again until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Once blended, transfer the mousse to serving bowls or glasses.
  • Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
