  • Divide the mixture into jars or airtight containers, filling them about three-quarters full.
  • Top each jar with fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds of your choice.
  • Secure the lids and place in the refrigerator overnight, allowing the oats to soak up the liquid and flavors.

Serving

  • In the morning, give the oats a gentle stir. If the mixture appears too thick, add a splash of milk to adjust the consistency.
  • Serve directly from the jar or plate in a bowl, adding additional toppings if desired.
