  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Optional, for extra warmth.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavors.

Optional toppings

  • 1 cup whipped cream or Greek yogurt For topping.
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Begin by placing the cottage cheese into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Add peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Blend again until mixed well and velvety.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour the mousse into individual serving dishes or glasses.
  • Cover dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serving

  • Top each mousse with whipped cream or Greek yogurt when ready to serve.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
