  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste Adjust based on personal preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs until fully blended.
  • Stir in the cottage cheese until well combined.
  • Add in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x9-inch (or similar-sized) baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
