Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and almond or oat flour until fully combined.
  • Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and any optional herbs or spices you prefer.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them into thin circles about 1/4 inch thick.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges become golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow the chips to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the baking sheet.
