Ingredients
  

Chips Mixture

  • 1 cup cottage cheese Make sure to drain any excess liquid.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella) Combination of cheeses can enhance flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • as needed Cooking spray or olive oil For greasing the baking sheet.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  • Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to create thin rounds.
  • Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil for added crispiness.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the chips are firm.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
