  • Gather all ingredients: cottage cheese, almond milk, parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and almond milk to form the base of the dressing.
  • Add the freshly grated parmesan cheese, then pour in the olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust flavors as desired, adding more lemon juice or salt if needed.
  • Pour the dressing into a container and refrigerate for the best flavor development, or serve immediately.

Notes
