  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken Use freshly cooked or rotisserie chicken for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Select according to desired spice level
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream Can be used interchangeably
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chives or green onions for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cooked shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, and Greek yogurt (or sour cream). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine the seasonings thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the dip is heated through and the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chives or green onions if desired.
  • Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
