  • 3-4 pieces chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed Use higher-quality cookies for better flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a blender, combine the milk, chocolate protein powder, vanilla ice cream, crushed cookies, and vanilla extract.
  • If you prefer a thicker shake, add a few ice cubes.
  • Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the shake and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more ice cream or a bit of milk as needed.
  • Once blended to your satisfaction, pour the shake into a tall glass.
  • If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle some extra crushed cookies on top.
