  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips Optional for added sweetness.
  • 2-4 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy) Add gradually to reach desired consistency.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to ensure a smooth process.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and rolled oats until well combined.
  • Add almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), crushed Oreo cookies, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl.
  • Gradually add milk one tablespoon at a time until the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency.
  • Use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help them firm up.
