Cookie Monster Cookies
Fun and vibrant cookies filled with chocolate chips, Oreos, and a playful blue color, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 pieces eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- blue food coloring to achieve desired shade
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie pieces roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Mini Chips Ahoy cookie pieces
- 1/2 cup candy eyeballs for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is light and creamy.
- Gradually mix in blue food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
- Add salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in milk chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, Oreo cookie pieces, and Mini Chips Ahoy cookie pieces.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space for spreading.
- Press additional Oreo and Chips Ahoy pieces into the tops of each dough ball.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, until the edges are set and centers appear slightly underbaked.
- Remove from the oven and press candy eyeballs into the center of each cookie while they are still warm.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
