  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and protein powder. Mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
  • Add the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined, creating a thick mixture.
  • Incorporate the chocolate chips and vanilla extract into the mixture. If the dough appears too dry, add a teaspoon of water or additional nut butter until you reach a good consistency.
  • Once everything is mixed thoroughly, use your hands to form the dough into small balls, about one inch in size.
  • Place the formed balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or container.
  • Chill them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
