Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 pieces Carrots Sliced
  • 4 pieces Potatoes Diced
  • 1 piece Onion Chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the beef on all sides.
  • Transfer browned beef to the crockpot.
  • Add sliced carrots, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, combine beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables in the crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours.
  • Once cooked, serve warm and enjoy your comforting stew!
