Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing them in two separate bowls.
  • In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  • In the bowl with the egg whites, add the cream of tartar. Beat the whites using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture until combined. Be careful not to deflate the egg whites.
  • Spread the cloud bread mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet in a circular shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and firm to the touch.

Assembly and Baking

  • Remove the crust from the oven, and let it cool slightly. Spread your pizza sauce over the base, sprinkle with cheese, and add your favorite toppings.
  • Bake again for 10-15 minutes or until the toppings are cooked to your liking and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a minute before slicing and serving.
