  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, chia seeds, and salt.
  • Stir the mixture until everything is well combined and the oats are soaked thoroughly.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between jars or containers.
  • Cover the containers and refrigerate them overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • The next morning, give the oats a good stir. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
  • Top your oats with chopped nuts and a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
