Christmas Tree Oreo Truffles
Delightful truffles made with Oreo cookies and cream cheese, coated in green chocolate and decorated like mini Christmas trees, perfect for holiday celebrations.

Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs are formed. Use a food processor or a sealed bag and a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese, and stir until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut, and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Coating
- Melt the green chocolate melts according to the package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and let excess drip off.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle decorations on top of each truffle.
- Refrigerate truffles for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.

Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze them with layers of parchment paper between each layer.
