Instructions
Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Using a handheld mixer on low speed, mix the cakes until they break down into a crumbly dough.
Add in the festive sprinkles and mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill the truffle balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
While chilling, melt the white chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
Place the coated truffles back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
If using, melt the red candy melts and drizzle them over the truffles.
Sprinkle green sanding sugar on top of the truffles while the chocolate is still wet.
Chill the truffles again until the chocolate is set before serving.
