  • 8 cups popped popcorn (about 1 cup of unpopped kernels)
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup chocolate candies in red and green
  • 6 squares white almond bark (1/2 package)
  • Sprinkles (choose seasonal colors)

Preparation

  • Begin by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the popped popcorn, mini pretzels, and chocolate candies.
  • Spread the mixture out onto the prepared cookie sheet in a single layer.

Melting & Coating

  • Break the white almond bark into smaller pieces and heat it in a microwave-safe bowl for one minute.
  • Stir the mixture and continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and creamy.
  • Drizzle the melted almond bark over the popcorn mixture on the cookie sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle colorful decorations over the top.

Setting & Serving

  • Let the cookie sheet sit on the counter for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  • Once set, break the popcorn into pieces.
