Christmas Ornament Oreo Pops

- 1 package Oreos (approximately 14.3 oz)
- 1 cup White chocolate melts (for the base coat) Can substitute with dark or milk chocolate melts.
- ½ cup Red chocolate melts (for decoration)
- ½ cup Green chocolate melts (for decoration)
- 1 cup Sprinkles (variety of colors and shapes for decoration) Choose festive colors.
- 1 package Lollipop sticks (approximately 12-15 sticks)
- Ribbon (optional) For additional decoration.

Preparation
- Prepare your workspace: Make sure you have all your ingredients laid out and your workspace clean, using parchment paper on a baking sheet for easy clean-up.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate melts and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth and melted.
- Dip the Oreos: Take an Oreo and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered. Lift it out with a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Insert the lollipop stick: While the chocolate is still wet, gently press a lollipop stick into the center of the dipped Oreo.
- Add decorations: Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle your choice of colored sprinkles over the pops and drizzle with melted red and green chocolate.
- Cool and set: Place the pops on the parchment-lined baking sheet to cool completely. Refrigerate for faster setting.
- Gift or serve: Optionally tie a ribbon around the stick for decoration. These pops are ready for gifting or serving.
