  • 20 pieces Oreo Cookies The base of our delicious ornaments.
  • 1 package Vanilla CandiQuik or white chocolate This will give our cookies a lovely coating.
  • 20 pieces Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups These serve as the adorable ornament toppers.
  • to taste M&M's Perfect for adding festive colors and crunch.
  • to taste Holiday sprinkles For the finishing touch and to make each ornament truly festive.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare your workspace by lining a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • Melt the CandiQuik or white chocolate in a medium bowl according to the package directions.

Coating and Decorating

  • Using a fork, dip each Oreo into the melted CandiQuik until fully coated.
  • Allow excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl and place the coated Oreo on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • While the melted chocolate is still soft, gently press a Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup onto the top of each Oreo.
  • Decorate your cookies with M&M's and holiday sprinkles.

Cooling and Serving

  • Refrigerate the cookie sheet for about 10-20 minutes to allow the chocolate coating to harden.
  • Once the white chocolate has set, your Christmas Oreo Ornaments are ready to serve or be packaged.
