  • 1 package Golden Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1 cup chocolate coating (white or milk chocolate) Use quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • to taste Mini Reese's cups, for topping Optional for added flavor.
  • to taste Sprinkles, for decoration Use holiday-themed sprinkles for a festive touch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or resealable bag with a rolling pin.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until smooth and cohesive.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and lay them out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for approximately 30 minutes to firm them up.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt the chocolate coating using a microwave or double boiler, stirring often to prevent overheating.
  • Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and remove excess before placing back on the baking sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, add toppings such as Mini Reese's cups and sprinkles.

Setting

  • Allow the chocolate coating to set completely before serving.
