Preparation

  • Place the 20 Oreo cookies into a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse until finely powdered.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese until well blended, forming a dough-like consistency.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Coating

  • Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  • Dip each chilled Oreo ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the festive sprinkles over each ball.
