  • 1 package flavored gelatin (Jello) Choose a flavor like cherry, lime, or orange.
  • 1 cup shredded coconut Use fresh and unsweetened coconut for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk This adds creaminess to the Jello balls.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and a mixing bowl.
  • In the bowl, combine the flavored gelatin and the sweetened condensed milk. Blend well to avoid lumps.
  • Add in the shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until you have a cohesive mixture.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Forming the Balls

  • Scoop out small amounts of the mixture, about the size of a tablespoon, and roll into balls.
  • Place the formed balls onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Optionally, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut for extra sweetness and texture.
  • Keep the tray in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
