Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough Approximately 16 oz
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened (2 sticks)
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar 16 ounces
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 24 Strawberries Leaves removed
  • 24 Small Candy Balls Fancy Sprinkles or Skittles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll the sugar cookie dough into small balls and place them in a mini muffin pan, creating cookie cups.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • In a bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract; beat until fluffy.
  • Frost the cooled cookie cups generously to create a beard-like appearance.
  • Top each cookie with an upside-down strawberry as the gnome's hat and add a candy ball for the nose.
  • Finish with decorations like sprinkles for buttons and pipe gel for arms.
