Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Roll the sugar cookie dough into small balls and place them in a mini muffin pan, creating cookie cups.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely.
In a bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract; beat until fluffy.
Frost the cooled cookie cups generously to create a beard-like appearance.
Top each cookie with an upside-down strawberry as the gnome's hat and add a candy ball for the nose.
Finish with decorations like sprinkles for buttons and pipe gel for arms.
