This delightful Christmas fudge combines white and semi-sweet chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and festive sprinkles, making it a perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients
  

Fudge Base

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided) To be divided into two bowls.
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips For the top layer.
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips For the bottom layer.
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided) To be divided between both chocolate layers.
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles For decoration.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Separate the white chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips into two medium bowls.
  • Pour equal portions (about 7 oz) of sweetened condensed milk into each bowl.

Melting the Chocolate

  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract once melted and combine well.
  • Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate evenly in the prepared baking pan to form the first layer.
  • Repeat the process for the white chocolate mixture, adding the remaining teaspoon of vanilla extract once melted.

Combining Layers

  • Fold in the Christmas sprinkles to the melted white chocolate before pouring it over the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  • Smooth the white chocolate layer with a spatula and sprinkle extra Christmas sprinkles on top.

Setting the Fudge

  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least one hour to allow it to set.
  • Remove the fudge using the parchment paper and cut into small squares before serving.
