Christmas Cookie Lush

A delightful layered dessert featuring a buttery Oreo crust, cream cheese layer, and creamy pudding, topped with whipped cream and festive sprinkles!

Ingredients
  

  • 48 cookies Vanilla Oreo Cookies Divided
  • 6 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Holiday Sprinkles Divided
  • 2 tubs (8 oz each) Whipped Topping
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Cold Milk

Instructions
 

  • If desired, line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Crush 36 vanilla Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and 1/2 tablespoon of holiday sprinkles. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one tub of whipped topping and 1/2 tablespoon of holiday sprinkles, then spread over the crust.
  • Whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of holiday sprinkles, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with the remaining tub of whipped topping. Crush the remaining 12 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top, followed by the rest of the holiday sprinkles.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
