If desired, line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Crush 36 vanilla Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and 1/2 tablespoon of holiday sprinkles. Press into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one tub of whipped topping and 1/2 tablespoon of holiday sprinkles, then spread over the crust.
Whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of holiday sprinkles, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
Top with the remaining tub of whipped topping. Crush the remaining 12 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top, followed by the rest of the holiday sprinkles.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
