For the Coating

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Helps chocolate to melt smoothly.
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce Drizzle for extra sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  • Add cocoa powder and crushed graham crackers, stirring until well combined.
  • Roll small portions of the mixture into balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Coating

  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate-coated balls.

Setting

  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
