  • 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, agave, etc.) Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure the cocoa powder is evenly distributed.
  • Pour in the milk and vanilla extract. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the oats are coated in the chocolate mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers, sealing them tightly with lids.
  • Place the containers in the refrigerator and let them sit overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

Serving

  • When you’re ready to eat, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Top with your favorite choices such as fruits or nuts before enjoying!

Notes
