Preparation

  • Prepare your workspace by lining two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating them in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  • Repeat the melting process with the semi-sweet chocolate chips, then mix both chocolates together in one bowl.
  • Gently fold in the chow mein noodles until they are fully coated with the melted chocolate.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, place small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between mounds.
  • Sprinkle colorful decorations on top of the cookies before the chocolate sets.
  • Allow the cookies to set at room temperature for about 15 minutes, or refrigerate for quicker setting.
  • Once set, enjoy your cookies or store for later.
