Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Unrefined Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and honey. Beat together until pale and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
