Ingredients
  

Noodles and Sauce Base

  • 200 grams noodles Any type of noodles can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup water

Garnishes

  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, approximately 3 to 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet, stir to coat garlic and ginger, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add water to the skillet; stir to achieve a slightly thicker consistency.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the sauce and heat through.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and transfer noodles to a serving plate.

Serving

  • Sprinkle the top of the noodles with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
