  • 1 can chili (your choice, any style) Choose based on personal preference.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend) Feel free to experiment with cheese types.
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips Use classic original flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Layer half of the Fritos corn chips at the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Spread the chili evenly over the Fritos.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top of the chili.
  • Add the remaining Fritos on top of the cheese.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
