Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings split and patted dry
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
