Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Place the wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
