Instructions
Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain well, and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, chicken, peas, and the sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
In a small pan, heat olive oil. Add breadcrumbs and toast lightly. Sprinkle on top of the casserole.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to swap the chicken with turkey or add extra vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for a twist!
