For the Stir Fry:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas
- 2 tablespoons oil sesame or vegetable
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
For the Stir Fry Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Prepare the Chicken: Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Make the Sauce: Whisk soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Set aside.
