Ingredients

light mayonnaise
a pinch
dried ginger

cooked chicken
(or 3 cans of chicken)

red seedless grapes
(halved)

sliced celery

sliced green onion

cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dried ginger, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Add the cooked chicken to the bowl, chopping it into bite-sized pieces if needed.
Halve the red seedless grapes and add them to the bowl.
Slice the celery and green onion, then add them to the mixing bowl.
Chop the pecans roughly and fold them into the salad.
Gently stir all ingredients until well combined, being careful not to mash the grapes.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately on lettuce leaves, in sandwiches, or enjoy straight from the bowl.
