  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced Use boneless, skinless chicken breast for the best texture.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots) Feel free to use seasonal vegetables.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil Adds a nutty flavor; can substitute with vegetable oil.
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped Use both green and white parts for flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Soy sauce is already salty; be cautious.

Instructions
 

Cooking Noodles

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Chicken and Vegetables

  • In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender but still crunchy.

Combining Ingredients

  • Add the cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce to the pan and toss until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
